Now working from an historic building that dates back to 1896, Harvey Jackson Law has its own rich legacy with origins in 1979. The office building, in the shadows of the historic fire station and clock tower that are recognized as the symbol of downtown Henderson on the corner of North Garnett Street and Young Street, has nearly a century as a law office.

Harvey Jackson Law was established in Henderson, North Carolina, in May of 1979. From 1979 until the early 1990s the firm was a small-town general practice. Beginning in the early to mid-1990s, the firm switched its emphasis from a general practice to a practice focusing on workers’ compensation and personal injury, along with traffic citations and general civil litigation.
